School chale hum

It has been almost four months since I've been teaching in our school. The kids are great. Their love towards me is unconditional. They love me because I love them. Sometimes it happens that I am teaching in a class and the smaller class kids come and ask me to teach THEM!! Can you believe it! Kids hate to study. But they are asking me to teach them and I love it when they do so. I am also trying to teach them a few more things except their course material like the daily life's amusing questions such as why red looks red, why ice floats on water or why sky is blue etc etc. Moreover, I am trying to infuse some moral values in them along with some deeper understanding of life and the role of education in it. For instance I have asked them these two questions recently- 1) Why do we write essays and draw paintings? How do they help us in learning? 2) Why do we study? In future I will talk about some of the serious things like religion, comparison, music, dance, competition, sports, friendship, jealousy etc. I may write them here as well. It's the beginning...
